Mr. Md. Abdul Wadud FCA is a seasoned Professional Accountant with diversified knowledge in the areas of Accounting, Taxation, corporate affairs, development & implementation of SOP, advisory, and management consultancy. He has 17 years of professional experience in the corporate sector especially in the financial service sector.  Before setting up the new firm under the name and title of Shiraj Wadud & Co. Mr. Wadud worked in FAMES & R, Chartered Accountants as a partner. Prior to that, Mr. Wadud worked at DBH Finance Ltd., a leading Financial Institution in Bangladesh, as Head of Finance. Earlier he worked in MIDAS Financing Ltd. as GM Finance, Accounts, Treasury, and Company Secretary. Mr. Wadud participated in different training programs, seminars, and workshops at home and abroad. Mr. Wadud has been an active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) since 2012.
